News

bullet  Committee Contacting All Members
The management committee is phoning and emailing all CAGCY members from 2010 to catch up with them. We have unfortunately lost contact with some of those on our membership database. If you have not been contacted by a CACGY committee member in February or March, please contact Tiffany Whelan with updated contact details.

bullet  2010 Memberships Retained
The management committee has decided that all paid up memberships from 2010 will carry forward until the 1st April 2012.

bullet  2011 AGM Outcome
During the 2011 year, the President, Secretary, Treasurer and all members of the Committee had indicated their intention to step down at the next AGM and after having served CAGCY admirably throughout a very difficult time.

Subsequent to this, at the CAGCY AGM held on 29th of November, Bronwyn Duncan was elected into the position of president. Garry Wakefield, Jan Sisson, Judy McArthur and Megan Reynolds were elected to the committee. Stuart Whelan was elected to the position of treasurer. Following the meeting, Tiffany Whelan offered to fill the position of secretary, the committee accepted this offer at the first management meeting that followed the AGM.
